End-User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Anchor Installs Red platform ("Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Anchor Installs Red provides a platform for managing professional sign installation services for real estate professionals, including:

• Sign installation and removal scheduling
• Property and sign inventory management
• Work order creation and tracking
• Payment processing through integrated payment solutions
• Team member management and collaboration

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes related to sign installation services.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any content without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Payment Terms

By subscribing to our Service:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected membership plan
• Payments are processed through QuickBooks Payments or other authorized payment processors
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Agreement
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Anchor Installs Red and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANCHOR INSTALLS RED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anchor Installs Red and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
