Membership Service Agreement
Effective Date:
Between Anchor Installs, LLC – Real Estate Division (Anchor Installs-RED) ("Provider")
and the undersigned ("Member"). Governed by Texas law with venue in Eastland County, Texas.
1. Membership Plans and Pricing
Provider offers the following membership plans with a 6-month commitment:
- Starter ($199.99/month): Up to 4 signs with storage, placement, removal, photo documentation, inspections, and maintenance
- Pro ($299.99/month): Up to 9 signs with all Starter features plus priority scheduling
- Premium ($499.99/month): Up to 15 signs with all Pro features plus dedicated support
Month-to-month options are available at premium pricing (Starter $249.99, Pro $349.99, Premium $549.99). Broker/Team Plans are available upon request with custom pricing based on volume.
2. Cancellation and Pause Policy
Member may request to pause or cancel membership with a minimum of thirty (30) days written
notice submitted to info@anchorinstalls.com. Cancellation prior to completing the six-month
minimum commitment will result in immediate payment of the remaining balance. Month-to-month memberships may be cancelled with 30 days notice without penalty.
3. Fees and Mileage
Service is provided within our designated service area (DFW Metroplex and surrounding areas). Mileage fees may apply for properties outside the core service area. Provider reserves the right to update fees with thirty (30) days written notice.
4. Ownership and Storage
All signage remains the property of the Member. Provider agrees to store signs during the
active membership term. Signs unclaimed within thirty (30) days after membership
termination shall be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of at Provider's discretion.
5. Liability and Indemnification
Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related
to performance or non-performance of services. Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless
Provider from any claims arising from sign placement, property conditions, or acts of third parties.
